"I would like to say how utterly impressed I have been with Sofasandstuff from the service I received when visiting you showroom in Parsons Green through to delivery - there is nothing I can fault.  Everyone I have spoken to or received emails from have been nothing but helpful and made buying my sofa a really nice experience.  The delivery team were great and arrived exactly when I was told they would which was a great help in planning my day around the delivery.  I have been highy recommending you to friends and family based on the service I have received.  I would be very grateful if you could pass on my deepest thanks to all involved!

"Everything went very smoothly during the delivery - which in our case was to a transport company which then took the furniture to Amsterdam. The sofas have been placed in the "sitting room" space of Restaurant Sucre there, which is opening on its new location tomorrow evening. Everyone loves them and I will send you a picture of the space and the furniture if you're interested.  In general, we have been very impressed with the prompt, friendly and very efficient service we have received from Sofas & Stuff and with the quality of your products. If only all of our suppliers were so good!"

"The sofa is lovely - exactly as pictured on the website. The fabric is of great quality and it's so comfortable. Your staff were really helpful over the phone with details of measurements etc., helping me sort out a non-allergenic cushion filling, and organising delivery. The delivery team were fantastic - they managed to manouvere the sofa and chair up some awkward stairs to my flat, to unwrap it, and put it in place, all without waking my four month old baby who was sleeping in the same room! They then even managed some cooing when she eventually did wake up - very much above the call of duty!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you in future. "Yes, I do love my sofa! I was very nervous ordering a sofa online but I took care and asked for advice from the support staff who were very helpful. My sofa looks just like I expected it to, the fabric is gorgeous and the sofa as my daughter says," is very comfortable!" My grand-daughter loves it too and won't sit on the sofa to eat anything unless it is, "in a bowl as I don't want to make crumbs on Grandma's new sofa." The order / choosing process was easy, relaxed and informed with many choices of fabric, sofa size etc to choose from. Our new sofa was delivered on the day and at the time agreed. The two-man team were helpful and courteous. The sofa was placed exactly where it was needed (after a challenging route through our old house), and the feet were attached, rubbish cleared all with a minimum of fuss. "I had meant to write last week to thank you for my sofa but you know how the days disappear. The sofa was delivered exactly within the time slot specified by polite men who heaved it up the stairs (no mean feat I can assure you) and put it nicely in to place. The sofa is great, very comfy although the fabric is a shade lighter than I thought it would be based on the sample sent, but of course I've done that female thing of wishing I'd gone for a shade darker. However, after a week of the sofa being in the room I can't imagine wanting to change it. So a big thank you for your effiently, friendly and smooth service and for making my living room complete."

Communication was excellent and I was kept well informed at all stages of the proposed delivery. The delivery staff were helpful and very professional and set up the sofa and chair as directed. They were both cheerful and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. They allowed me time to check the product and what was even better took all the packaging away with them. Secondly the product I ordered was better than I imagined. The material was exactly as represented by the sample. It appears well made and is certainly very comfortable. I actually wanted to contact you to let you know how impressed I was with your delivery company. I commented to my husband that in the 12 years we've lived in London, this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a delivery company. They called me up a week before to let me know that the sofa would be delivered the following week; also that they would phone me the day before to organise a 2 hour window; and finally that they would call me half an hour before actual delivery on the day of delivery. What impressed me is that they actually DID all of the above (probably a first by any delivery company I've dealt with in London). The actual delivery went smoonthly and the entire experience was really positive. I only wish all delivery companies were this efficient."

"We took delivery of the sofas on Thursday last week as planned. Your drivers were early but waited for me as I was only expecting them at 3pm. I offered them the chance to deliver my sofas to my chosen spot (the back of my horse trailer!) and when I arrived home they had done this very neatly and efficiently. The sofas were still wrapped at this point but that was fine. On Friday and Saturday we drove to France with the trailer and then were able to place them in our chalet there. They are fabulous and fit perfectly and the colour is fun, warming, bright, cheerful yet cosy too. It goes perfectly and they are COMFY! Everything was in order. So I would like to thank you for your best efforts in accommodating our rather tight time schedule, you really did a sterling job and we are very satisfied. The sofas are good quality and robust and we look forward to many happy years with them. We would be happy to recommend you to our friends and family. "Folks - the service was excellent. I was advised the day before that the delivery team would arrive between 12noon and 1400 - they arrived just after 1300 but rang beforehand to say that they were running about 10 minutes late. On arrival they checked with me what I was expecting - brought the sofa in and did everything necessary and were friendly and polite - asked if they needed to take shoes off etc..... Great stuff and I love my new sofa!"

"I have been without my computer for the whole of January and therefore have not been able to email you until now. Well trust me to order a sofa that almost had to come from one end of the country to the other,during the worst winter in decades! It was ordered for "Christmas delivery",but frankly I had resigned myself to it not arriving until after the new year given the road situation! But one afternoon at the end of November,in the middle of a heavy snowstorm there was a knock at my door. "Sofa" said the guy who was standing there,his clothes turning white before my eyes!
