Delivery Time
Around 30 days*. Even sofa experts need a few days off in the
summer to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee so as from 11th May, please
add an extra two weeks onto your lead time.
Please allow 8 weeks for delivery if you order a product with
the Kilim fabric.
Delivery Costs
Mainland England £49, Wales £69, Scotland £98. Offshore UK
and Ireland, please give us a ring and we will recommend a delivery
partner for you.
We store orders in our warehouse for a maximum of three weeks
only. After three weeks we charge all customers £8 per item per
week.
Returns Policy
If it's not the perfect sofa, or for that matter the perfect
chair, sofabed, chaise or footstool for you, we take it (or them)
back, for free, and give you a refund. Guaranteed.
This applies to all sofas and chairs in fabrics and colour ways,
displayed on our website, only - ie, it does not apply to designer
or wholesalers fabrics that you may have specifically chosen from
one of our showrooms.
Unfortunately corner units that are made or assembled especially
for you are non-returnable, non-refundable.
