We've been looking for the right sofa for a tricky space in our kitchen for ages and saw the Clavering on a chance visit to the Fittleworth (Sussex) showroom in May. Mandy was very helpful and patient with our order and I can't thank Livvy enough for sorting out the delivery. Now it has arrived, I can see it was the perfect choice - it has only been here for a few days and someone seems to have been stretched out on it almost the whole time! Thank you - and especially for the excellent customer service.

I accidentally came across the Sofas&Stuff show room unit in Fulham whilst I was in the area. The staff were fantastic in both hospitality (a shot of Nespresso always goes down well!) and of course their knowledge about their products. I was given good reliable advice at the point of purchase without feeling pressured to buy on the spot. Customer service was of a high standard.
My sofa and chair look amazing and the finish is of high quality. Looking forward to many years of sitting on them

I was initially very impressed with the Sofas & Stuff website and found the local showroom easily. The showroom was lovely and the staff very helpful. I found exactly what I wanted - was slightly over my budget but I thought it was worth it. Generally I thought the prices were quite good for the quality. Delivery took a bit longer than I had hoped, approx 10 weeks, but worth the wait. The delivery men were very helpful also, they unpacked the sofas and took away the packaging which was appreciated. The sofas look fabulous and are very comfortable!

My lovely Clavering sofa was delivered the other day 2 weeks earlier than initially expected. I am delighted with it - so comfortable that I immediately fell asleep on it for 2 hours! The delivery men were great , especially as they had to traipse round the back of our house in the pouring rain to fit it through the door.
The buying experience at Bishop Thornton was also very good. Welcoming staff who were not pushy, just informative and patient. Very much a 5 star experience.

We had our new clavering sofa delivered last week and I absolutely adore it! Sofa's and stuff in tunbridge wells were fantastic, really helpful and great customer service. I had an enquiry about delivery and they got back to me so quickly and on top of that my sofa was delivered much earlier than I expected. The delivery men were very professional, you could tell that they do a lot of sofa manoeuvring, they made it look so easy. If you're looking for a new sofa that has that little something extra, then I would highly recommend Sofa's and stuff.

We found Sofas & Stuff on the internet, then decided to visit the Fittleworth showroom after receiving some free fabric samples. The ladies were very helpful without the sales push. We decided to order a 3 seater sofa a few months later. It was ready faster than expected, I think in 4 weeks. The delivery guys were great as we were unsure whether the sofa would fit through our flat's front door... not a problem for the experts. The sofa is lovely, perfect colour and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Saw an advert and thought a showroom would be miles away (we live in the country in Sussex) but were pleased to find it was not far from us in an amazing converted barn, loads of sofas on display and loads of fabric samples to choose from. Spent ages making a decision but never once felt rushed. The sales team were helpful and informative. It was quite a long wait before the sofas were delivered but well worth knowing our sofas were made especially for us and not just picked from some big company warehouse that always has a sale on that "must end" .............you know who I mean!!
Also the delivery guys were punctual and took their shoes off (new carpet!) Would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff and would use again.

We really wanted to buy a British made sofa and we weren't disappointed here. The showroom was lovely and relaxing, no hard sell and a great cup of tea! After purchasing the delivery was organised well, arrived within the timescales suggested at time of sale and the delivery guys were really great.

From the moment we set foot in the amazing barn full of beautiful sofas we knew this was going to be the place we would find what we were looking for. All the staff were lovely. It was Mandy whom dealt with our order she was in particular charming attentive and extremely knowledgeable she went above and beyond to source what we were after. The sofas arrive after only 6 weeks and were even more stunning than i imagined. we are over the moon with them. The quality and the service cannot be compared to this company.............simply amazing.

I am so pleased with our new sofa - it looks fantastic and is very comfortable. Definitely looks more expensive than it is! The delivery men were great - they battled through the snow to reach us at the end of country lane and were so polite and helpful. When we purchased the sofa the staff in the Fittleworth show room spent a lot of time giving us the benefit of their eye for interiors and fabrics, and could not have been more helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend sofas and stuff to anyone looking for reasonably priced sofas in a huge variety of styles and fabrics. Thank you!

Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Sofas arrived much quicker than anticipated and we are very pleased with the final result. Staff very helpful. One thing I would say, borrowing the fabric books isn't really possible which is understandable if there is only one book. Sometimes however, you have to see a decent sized sample in situ rather than the minuscule piece that they send you...
Despite this little gripe, really pleased with service and product and wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Excellent experience from start to finish - from walking into the showroom at Parsons Green, all the expertise imparted by the ever patient Dan, to the sofa delivery a few weeks later.
Dan and the team couldn’t do enough for us in terms of all the combinations of the fabrics textures and coverings not to mention the cushions! Sofas were delivered on time and look absolutely fabulous in our front room.
My only grumble would be that the delivery was only Mon to Fri and from 9am to 5pm so was difficult to organise logistically but to be fair to the delivery team they called 30 mins before arrival and were quick and professional!
We are really impressed with the quality of the sofas and the materials used.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommend them.

We are really pleased with our Sofa's, they look great and were delivered ahead of schedule. All the staff from the sales team to the delivery drivers have been very friendly and helpful.
My only criticism is that I feel the seating cushions on the extra large Clavering sofa are perhaps under-stuffed as it is all too easy to be sitting on a very thin layer of cushion between you and the base of the sofa. For this reason I would mark the sofas down to a 4 out of 5.
I would and indeed have already, recommended Sofas & Stuff to friends.
