which went very well. We didn't actually want the sofa unpacking
and putting together as we were still in the throes of decorating
but the staff offered to do so and were absolutely as courteous and
helpful as one could want. The first point was simply that they

it was supposed to, in the alloted time that it was supposed to,
the guys were friendly and tidy, assembled the furniture and
allowed me time to make sure I was happy with everything. They took
all their rubbish away, along with my old rubbish sofa. I just

Extremely courteous telephone staff for both sales and payments and
follow up calls. The delivery company called me later than expected
and the lady was brusque on the phone but all in all I am very

"I had ordered my new sofa via the
internet with some trepidation as, whilst it had exactly the look I
wanted, I was unable to try it for comfort etc. However it is very
comfortable and looks as good as the internet pictures depict. It
arrived in its white chocolate covers and they fit beautifully. I
have not tried the spare set of champagne covers yet and do not
plan to do so until the first set need washing. However, I trust
they will prove to be of the same quality as those already on the
sofa. Should I encounter a problem I will contact you at the time.
A final note on delivery: Thank you for keeping me so well informed

exactly as promised and according to schedule. The delivery people
were polite and efficient, unwrapped and set out the sofa where I
