We're very proud to be British and as we've said before it runs
through everything we do - especially our sofas, which are all
lovingly handmade right here on our home shores. So we thought we
would take our passion for all things British to the next level by
bringing you our personal favourite British products for this
autumn.
Chicken Egg Cosy by Charlotte Macy
Textiles

Which do you think came first - the chicken or the egg? You can
ask this question to yourself endlessly with these fun egg cosies
by Charlotte
Macy Textiles. This small textile and homewares company is
based in the Cotswold countryside with all products being made by
hand using cottons and linens sourced from within the UK.
½ Pint Tea Mugs by Emma Bridgewater

There is something quintessentially British about homewares
brand Emma
Bridgewater and it is something that runs through the core of
their company. All their pottery is lovingly made in their factory
in Stafforshire and a country cottage isn't complete without some
of this in the cupboard. And as the evenings start to get shorter,
there's no better time to curl up with a cup of tea and a good book
(we recommend on the sofa).
Bateau Bath by Catchpole and
Rye

There's nothing quite like a soak in the bath after a long day -
especially when it's cold outside. And what better place to do it
than in this gorgeous cast-iron Bateau Bath by Catchpole and Rye. All their
baths are made in their Kent foundary and are available in a range
of finishes. Another great British company.
Throws by Bronte at Home

These beautiful wool throws are made by Bronte and they are the
perfect companion for a night in on the sofa. They are one of the
last mills in the UK who continue to complete all processes on one
site - dyeing, blending, carding, spinning, weaving and finishing
so that makes these throws extra special. And luckily for you, we
always have a few for sale in our showroom so you can make your new
sofa extra comfy.
